My session rates are in alignment with the schedule recommended by the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors.

$140 per 50 minute session
$210 per 80 minute session
Partner & Relationship Counselling
$160 per 50 minute session

I reserve a portion of my caseload for sliding scale spots. Offering sliding-scale rates is one way I work to reduce financial barriers that can limit access to counselling. It reflects my commitment to recognizing the broader structural factors that affect wellbeing, while encouraging those who are more financially secure to support more equitable access to care. Please reach out to me if finances are a barrier to working together as I may be able to offer a reduced rate.
North Vancouver Services: I accept e-transfer payments and cash only at this location. A receipt will be provided upon payment.
Vancouver Services: I accept credit card and e-transfer payments only at this location. A receipt will be provided upon payment.
Extended Healthcare Plans: as a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors, my services are covered by many extended health care plans. If you are a member of an extended health care or benefits plan through your work, school, or through an immediate family member, you may have coverage to help cover the cost of counselling sessions. Please note I do not bill directly to any healthcare providers and payment is due after the session. Please check with your employer or insurance provider for more information.
